In 2000, Cannex officially entering the field of motor drive design and development, embarking on the path of independent research and development.

High-strength pressing of structural components ensures concentricity between the shaft and bearings, improving operational quietness and vibration resistance.


High-energy Precision Magnetization System

Imbuing the rotor with stable and strong permanent magnetism is a key process for improving the torque output of a DC brushless motor.


Automated E-button Assembly Machine

Precisely fixed axial structure prevents component displacement and ensures the structural stability and long-term durability of the motor under various operating environments.

Cannex adheres to the highest standards of quality and has established a fully digital precision testing system. From safety verification of coil windings to simulation testing of the dynamic performance of finished products, every motor must pass through strict quality control checkpoints to ensure that it can demonstrate excellent stability under various extreme operating conditions.

Coil Integrated Automatic Testing

100% inspection of insulation withstand voltage, resistance and inductance imbalance. Ensuring the absolute safety of the electrical structure under varying voltage environments.


Gauss Magnetic Performance Testing Platform

Precise scanning of rotor magnetic field strength and symmetry optimizes power output from the source, reducing operating noise and energy loss.


Finished Product Dynamic Performance Comprehensive Testing Machine

Digitally acquire load/no-load characteristic curves (T-N curve), torque, speed and overall performance data. Verify that the independently developed motor can perfectly meet the high-efficiency requirements of the FCU system.


Finished Product Burn-In Aging Test Chamber

By simulating real-world operating environments, the finished products undergo high-intensity stress screening to ensure that every motor delivered to customers has an excellent service life and reliability.
