Lead-Free Electronic Process Comprehensive Service
The entire factory implements RoHS lead-free processes, from SMT operations to post-soldering, assembly, testing, and packaging. All processes are integrated to meet customer requirements and are completed in one go.
1. SMT Production Line: A fully anti-static floor factory with two complete, fully automated SMT production lines, producing 1,000,000 chips per day. Fully automated N2 reflow soldering furnace.
2. DIP Production Line: One insertion line paired with one repair line, equipped with various machines and equipment. The soldering furnace is a Japanese-imported lead-free N2 double-wave soldering furnace, equipped with an automatic spray machine to evenly apply flux to the PCB, and a preheating zone to ensure good soldering results that meet customer requirements.
3. Product Testing: Testing various products for customers, using the OMRON RNS-pt AOI desktop inspection machine to meet stringent customer quality standards.
4. Assembly Production Line: OEM product assembly for customers, packaging products according to customer requirements, and optionally delivering the products to end customers.
